You place your tokens in one of the boxes opposite your number. You have the option of betting on your own win, that of the dealer or a tie. No cards will be dealt with until the bets have been placed. During the first phase of play, players will receive two open cards from the dealer. Afterward, it is up to the dealer himself to self-distribute two cards. In online baccarat, the value of the hands will be counted automatically.
If the player or the dealer has an 8 or 9 point hand, it is a natural hand. Whoever has the hand as close as possible to 9 (or ideally a hand of 9 points) wins the round. You will receive winnings based on the bets you have placed. If the player and the dealer have the same number of points, the bets placed on the equality will be winning. If no game has released a natural hand and no tie has been established, the value of the player’s hand will condition the following stage:
- If the player has a hand of 6 or 7 points, he stays on his game.
- If the player has a hand of 0 to 5 point (s), he will get an additional card whose value will be added to that of his two initial cards.

Bet on the dealer – You are also free to place your bet in favor of a victory for the dealer (banco). Because of its house advantage established at only 1.17%, it is also the most profitable bet there is! Since the bets placed on the dealer are generally more successful than those placed on the player, the house allows itself to take a commission of 5%. In fact, the dealer will win, on average 3 or 4 times more than the player during a baccarat game with 8 decks of cards.
Bet on equality – You also have the possibility of placing your bets on equality if you have the intuition that you will finish the round on the same number of points as the croupier. This type of bet is paid at odds of 8 to 1 due to the rarity of the scenario. This makes it a particularly alluring bet for players looking for an elephantine payout. However, this type of bet concedes a 14.2% advantage at home!…
